You can maybe try resetting Microsoft Store again, and this time try installing through Microsoft Store first to see if it can be download with it. if it still can't be download then aside from what I found on Google I don't know anymore, sorry about that. I have the same problem at the moment. Frustrating experience so far. I find it strange however that I can install say Doom Eternal or Forza, but not a 3rd party game such as Snow Runner. This has only happened over the last week or so and I thought it was because I had a new computer and something was 'not right' with it I hadn't properly updated etc , but then I see others are having the same problem, so realised that couldn't have been the case.
